Canvas prints are stretched over a timber frame for a modern gallery-style look with no glass glare. Framed prints use premium art paper behind a frame for a more traditional finish. Floating frames combine both — a stretched canvas sitting inside a premium outer frame, giving a high-end gallery appearance. All formats are printed and finished in Australia.

Yes. Every print is printed and stretched or framed at our Noosaville (QLD) or Booragoon (Perth, WA) studios. We do not drop-ship from overseas or use third-party printers. Your order is produced by our small Australian team using premium archival inks and 380gsm cotton canvas for the canvas prints. Please note overseas orders are usually dispatched from Europe or the U.S.

Yes — all stretched canvas prints, framed prints and floating frames arrive fully assembled with hanging hardware attached, ready to go straight on the wall. Rolled canvases and paper prints arrive unstretched for customers arranging their own framing. Please note overseas orders may not be delivered ready to hang on the wall.

A good rule is to fill 50-75% of the wall above your sofa, bedhead or sideboard. For most living rooms, a 100×70cm or 120×80cm canvas reads well above a 3-seater sofa. If you’re unsure, email us a photo of the wall and the rough dimensions — we’ll send back a sizing recommendation within a few hours.

Once you’ve uploaded your image and selected your preferred options, simply place the order and our design team will prepare a free digital proof for you to review before printing. You’re welcome to request tweaks, cropping, colour correction, black & white conversion or other adjustments until you’re 100% happy with the design. We print everything here in Australia using premium archival materials and carefully pack every order for safe delivery Australia-wide.

In most cases, yes. Modern smartphone photos are usually more than suitable for canvas printing, even at larger sizes. If there’s ever an issue with image quality, we’ll contact you before printing and recommend the best size options. We always check uploaded images manually before production. You’re also welcome to email the photo to us and we will be happy to check it for you and drop you an email confirming it’s okay or whether we would suggest changing it.

Our printers are calibrated to industry-standard ICC profiles, so colours come out very close to what you see on a calibrated screen.

Each canvas is hand-stretched over a 35mm-deep solid pine timber frame — kiln-dried for stability — with sealed corners and ready-to-hang hooks fitted. You can hang straight from the box; no tools or extra hardware needed.

If your print arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll print and ship a replacement free of charge. Custom and personalised orders aren’t refundable for change of mind (because they’re made just for you), but we’ll work with you on any quality issue.

Yes — we can produce any dimension from 30×30cm up to 200×120cm. Get in touch with your exact measurements and we’ll send a price within 24 hours. Bespoke sizes are quoted manually and made to order.

Every print uses archival pigment inks rated to over 100 years indoors out of direct sunlight. Canvas prints are also UV-laminated as a final layer to extend longevity. With normal indoor display the print will look the same in 20 years as it does today.

Yes — absolutely. For all personalised artwork orders, including custom push pin maps, personalised star maps, custom word art, photo collages and other bespoke designs, we’ll send you a digital proof within 48 hours (usually much sooner) before anything is printed. You’re welcome to request as many tweaks and adjustments as needed until you are 100% happy with the design. We always carefully read any notes submitted with the order as well, so if there’s anything you’re unsure about or would like customised further, simply mention it in the notes section when ordering.
