Rainbow Lorikeet – Linda Callaghan

Rainbow Lorikeet captures the cheeky brilliance of one of Australia’s most-loved native birds, cobalt head, lime-green wing, scarlet-and-yellow chest, gripping a slim branch hung with pink bottlebrush blooms and slender eucalyptus leaves. Linda Callaghan’s painterly hand brings every feather into focus on a clean white ground, so the colour does the talking and the bird feels almost ready to chirp.

Linda Callaghan paints from the Blue Mountains in New South Wales, where native fauna and bushland fuel a body of work full of warmth and gentle whimsy. Each Rainbow Lorikeet animal art print is made to order in our Perth studio, choose stretched canvas, framed paper print, floating frame, rolled canvas or wall decal on the product page.
