This classic portrait print was painted by Gustav Klimt in 1917. Johanna Staude modelled for Gustav Klimt and Egon Schiele, Klimt often shared models with the aspiring artist. What you may not know though is that Klimt was known to have had many a relationship with his models going on to father up to seventeen children with various ones.
